I am not precisely sure why this is, but I suppose it must have to do with the understanding of ourselves as animals, as properties, and such. It is hard for a woman to understand herself as such and not desire to serve the leash holder. Leashes, too, of course, are useful in walking slaves, in displaying them, in putting them through their paces, and such.
